About the project

I had the opportunity to dabble into CRM marketing for Samsung across 8 Southeast Asia & Oceania markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, we delivered strong, data-driven results—driving 2.6M handraisers and 1.3M full-form leads, while improving conversion performance up to 1.5x vs. the previous cycle.


It was an rewarding experience in balancing creativity with performance, and continuously learning how to better connect with audiences at scale!!
